Backstage with Melanie

i know all of you’ve been BITTEN by the twilight series and are anxiously awaiting Midnight Sun.  in case you haven’t heard, the sun may have set on this story.  i hate to start the week out with upsetting news, but seeing as i keep most of you posted on ALL THINGS EDWARD, i figured i’d better share the news.

here’s the short version: someone stephenie trusted with a partial draft of midnight sun posted it illegally on the internet.  stephenie was upset (rightfully so) and is not sure if she even wants to continue with the story to publication or just let it be.  I KNOW!!!!!   let’s HUNT this person down and BITE THEM!

i’ll let you know if there is ever a way to let stephenie know we’d still buy midnight sun whether we’ve read part of it or not!  for heaven’s sake, how can we throw a book release party if there is no book to release!

for now, enjoy the “better” half of edward and bella’s story and hope that stephenie realizes we want, no….we NEED midnight sun to sit on our bookshelves next to twilight.

Can you say KILLER PAR-TAY?! The book release party for Eclipse was so amazing, we had to raise the bar for Breaking Dawn. After tons of work, I think we did it! Thanks ladies!
